Saint John residents are in shock after three sudden deaths at a residence in the city’s lower west side. Hours after police released information about that investigation, they put out a public safety report warning of dangerously toxic street drugs. The executive director of one local harm reduction centre says they’re seeing numbers to back that up. Global’s Anna Mandin reports.
