Trade war tariffs are already hitting both sides of the Canada-U.S. border, and that’s especially true for those living next to the 49th parallel. On the west coast, that includes Point Roberts, Wash. It’s an hour from Vancouver and can only be reached by land through B.C. Angela Jung reports.
