More than half of Quebecers avoid seeing doctor when needed, says survey

Access to health care services in the public network is deteriorating according to a new survey by the Quebec College of Physicians. Results show that over the last 12 months, more than half of Quebecers avoided consulting a doctor because of lack of access to the health care network. Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports.
