In the several days after a fire devastated Bowmanville’s historic downtown, efforts kicked into high-gear to support victims. Dozens of residents are displaced and several businesses are closed for the foreseeable future. But as Germain Ma reports, despite the challenges, there’s an outpouring of community support.
