Canadian telecom giant Telus and U.S. artificial intelligence tech heavyweight Nvidia plan to build a 鈥渟overeign AI factory鈥 in eastern Quebec. The Rimouski facility will give Canadian businesses and researchers access to supercomputers and software to train and run AI programs.
