Several blocks of Ste-Catherine Street in downtown Montreal will be closed to traffic again this summer. Vehicles will be banned from driving on the iconic street between Stanley and McGill College Streets starting March 31st until the fall. It is the third consecutive summer that the same stretch of road is shuttered to traffic, and it has a lot of people shaking their heads. Global’s Tim Sargeant reports.
