Tensions with U.S. top of mind as federal election kicks off

It’s official, the election has been called and Canadians will be heading to the voting booths on April 28th, to choose the country’s next government. But the issues that normally dominate a Canadian election campaign, are expected to take a back seat, amid Donald Trump’s threats. The question is, who is best to respond.
