The Alberta Animal Rescue Crew Society (AARCS) is putting our a desperate call for foster homes as its Edmonton shelter gets ready to close and the Calgary location is nearing capacity. As Meghan Cobb reports, it comes at a time when animal rescues across the province say the number of pets in need of a home continues to grow.Â
