NBSPCA rescues 41 dogs from unsanitary conditions

The New Brunswick SPCA rescued 41 dogs, including 16 puppies, from an undisclosed location last week. They say they’re having to rescue more animals than ever before, which is a worrying trend that’s been rising since the COVID-19 pandemic. Suzanne Lapointe reports.
