Speaking in Hamilton, Ont., on Wednesday, NDP leader Jagmeet Singh shared his plans to cut taxes and help the “middle class the most” and “not the billionaires” and “CEOs” if his party wins the federal election on April 28. Singh says he would save families over $1,450 a year by cutting taxes and permanently removing the GST from daily essentials.
