Montreal police to address homelessness and drug crisis safety concerns in the Village this summer

Montreal police and the City of Montreal will be improving security in and around the Gay Village this summer. Global’s Elizabeth Zogalis reports two neighborhood stations will merge, and more police officers will be on the ground as the city and Montreal police continue efforts to address the unhoused and drug crisis issues around downtown.
