The City of Montreal unveiled its plan for the Bridge-Bonaventure region. It’s the area that includes Griffintown, Old Montreal and Pointe-Saint-Charles. The plan would see dense housing, parks and an extension for the REM. As Amanda Jelowicki reports, a portion of the homes built will be off market and protected from real estate speculators.Â
