Liberal leader Mark Carney is pausing his Liberal campaign once again to handle economic pressures brought on by U.S. President Donald Trump and his global tariffs. Though Trump imposed a 90-day pause on nearly all global tariffs Wednesday evening, he confirmed Canada, Mexico and China would not see the same reprieve. 鈥淭he stakes have never been higher for our economy,鈥 Carney told reporters in Brampton, Ont.
