A company that was supplying travel nurses to Vitalité is suing the health network, alleging breaches of contract and unpaid invoices. Vitalité told travel nurses employed by Canadian Health Labs to stop coming to work in January despite their contract continuing until next year. Suzanne Lapointe reports.
