An 81-year-old Montreal woman has lost more than $100,000 in a banking phone scam. The Montrealer says the fraudulent scheme was very professional sounding and sleek. She’s upset that she fell for the spoof but furious with her bank for the way she says it’s handling the case. Global’s Tim Sargeant reports.
