A coalition of groups is opposed to a new a power station called Berri 2 that’s planned in the heart of downtown Montreal Berri Street behind the Bibliothèque nationale. The parcel of land has been sold to Hydro-Québec and the public utility company has big plans to develop the green space. Global’s Tim Sargeant reports.
