It’s an investment a number of homeowners across the country are second guessing. While some were thinking of starting renovations over the spring and summer, contractors are seeing customers respond to the uncertain markets with an uncertain commitment. The U.S.-Canada trade war is leaving final costs questionable, but some industry groups say now is the time to get a job done given the availability of skilled workers and lack of commitment from clients.
