A letter from the Alberta RCMP is accusing Public Safety Minister Mike Ellis of spreading misinformation about the police service. It comes as the province continues to push forward with a plan for its own police force. As Morgan Black reports, Alberta municipal leaders and the National Police Federation are also concerned.
