Harsh words in from Maryland federal judge Paula Xinis to the Trump administration Thursday, slamming what she said “can only be viewed as willful and intentional noncompliance” in the case of wrongfully-deported man Kilmar Abrego Garcia. The Trump administration is asking for more time to provide answers into why Kilmar Abrego Garcia was detained in Maryland last month, and who ordered him sent to the notorious CECOT prison in El Salvador-despite a 2019 court order barring his deportation there.
