New video shows the moment a woman charged as a stowaway boards a New York-to-Paris flight without a ticket. Video from the New York Port Authority shows Svetlana Dali going through security. She was initially rejected by TSA agents because she failed to show a boarding pass, but was able to successfully enter through a special lane for airline workers. Dali is then spotted at a delta departure gate. Agents who were busy helping ticketed passengers board, did not stop her or ask her to present a boarding pass.
