An interesting race is shaping up in the longtime conservative stronghold Calgary East (formerly Forest Lawn). The redrawn riding was held by a popular MP –Deepak Obhrai — for almost two decades. He passed away in 2019. As Sarah Offin reports his daughter is now among those running there — but under a different banner.
