It is an election result that could not have been predicted 6 months ago. Votes are still being counted, but ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ is projecting Mark Carney and the federal Liberal party will form a minority government. The federal Conservatives are set to create the official opposition, but leader Pierre Poilievre lost his seat.  Andrea Macpherson has more.
