A witness took the stand at the first-degree murder trial tied to the fatal shooting of 12-year-old Dante Andreatta. As Catherine McDonald reports a key witness, who was in the car that was shot at, testified that he pointed a gun first after seeing a bulge in one of the suspects’ sweaters. He told the jury he was paranoid and pulled a pistol from his waist just before the shooting that killed Andreatta.
