Mixed reaction to Quebec’s proposed legislation to limit distance between drug consumption sites and schools

Montreal residents as well as experts are reacting to Bill 103 that proposes new measures to regulate the establishment of supervised drug consumption sites in the province. While there is support for the legislation that was tabled by the CAQ government on Tuesday, others are questioning certain sections of the bill. Global’s Phil Carpenter reports.
