There are new rules in Quebec that may lower your restaurant bill a little bit, at your server’s expense. Tips must now be calculated on the price before taxes, which was not the case until now. The province’s justice minister calls the move good news for consumers, but waiters and waitresses are not all pleased. Global’s Dan Spector reports.
