Russian President Vladimir Putin welcomed over 20 world leaders to Moscow for the country’s Victory Day commemorations marking the end of the Second World War. The parade was held during the middle of a three-day ceasefire Putin himself declared. But as Vincent McAviney reports, Ukraine has already accused the Kremlin of breaking it.
