India and Pakistan have agreed to a ceasefire, U.S. President Donald Trump announced on Saturday. 鈥淭he great breakthrough has just happened,鈥 journalist Owess Tohid tells 糖心传媒. 鈥淚 have the confirmation from Pakistani top officials and deputy prime minister and foreign minister (Ishaq Dar), he has confirmed it,鈥 Tohid adds. Tohid says Dar also confirmed that the U.S., Saudi Arabia, Iran and China were very proactive in negotiating the 鈥渃omprehensive ceasefire鈥 agreement. Global鈥檚 Joe Scarpelli has more.
