As the cost of living continues to rise in Halifax, organizations are seeing an increase in demand for menstrual and feminine hygiene products. The Halifax United Way and Halifax Public Libraries have partnered together again for Menstrual May, a campaign to collet period products to support those in need. Angela Capobianco reports.
