After making a remark that differed to the one Canadian Identity and Culture Minister Steven Guilbeault made, Secretary of State for Rural Development Buckley Belanger ensured reporters Wednesday that Prime Minister Mark Carney鈥檚 cabinet was 鈥渁ll united鈥 in regards to Canadian pipelines. Guilbeault suggested feds should 鈥渕aximize鈥 the use of existing pipelines before building more, whereas Belanger said Carney plans to align with provinces 鈥 who 鈥渉ave the environmental authority to approve pipelines鈥 鈥 as much as possible.
