The Toronto Maple Leafs, and their fans, went into game 5 of playoffs’ second round with high hopes they would break their tied series with the Florida Panthers. on home ice
But after a very slow start, the Buds managed to make it to the scoreboard with minutes left for the final whistle… and it wasn’t enough.
With a crushing defeat imminent, blue and white’s fans walked out of Scotiabank Arena with heavy hearts, before the game was even over.
