Manitoba Premier Wab Kinew said on Thursday that flags are flying at half-mast at the provincial legislature as a small gesture following the death of two people in a wildfire in the RM of Lac du Bonnet. Fire officials said 21 active fires are burning in the province, as hundreds of people have been forced to evacuate.
