Delegations from Moscow and Kyiv met with U.S. and Turkish officials in Istanbul Friday for negotiations on the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war. Russian delegation head Vladimir Medinsky said his side was “satisfied with the result” of the negotiations, revealing that the countries will exchange 1,000 POWs in “the coming days.”
