A perfect spring day for a beverage or meal outdoors is turning into a nightmare for restaurant owners and their clients. Construction outside of several establishments in Old Montreal is forcing some people to dine indoors. As Tim Sargeant reports, some restauranteurs are giving up on terraces this year altogether.
