May is Mental Health Awareness Month and one thing we know for sure is a one-size-fits-all approach to mental health care is not effective. Each one of us has our own individual experiences, struggles, and obligations hence requiring a more personalized approach to self-care. Stephanie Zito is a doctoral candidate in Psychology at McGill University and the founder of Self-Care Spotlight, an online community of over 400-thousand people. She joins 糖心传媒 Morning鈥檚 host Laura Casella to talk about her new book , 鈥淪low Down, Enjoy Life鈥 which is about helping make self-care and mindfulness feel realistic and accessible to everyone.
