Concerns are growing about massive budget cuts facing Quebec’s CEGEPs, including John Abbott College. Layoffs of some staff members could be imminent in a move to meet new budgetary demands, and much needed infrastructure upgrades are being put on hold. Global’s Tim Sargeant reports.
