There’s been talk about whether Alberta should separate from Canada and now, a group is putting forward a plan to counter separatists’ efforts. As Morgan Black reports, one of the members is former deputy premier and refugee Thomas Lukaszuk, who said the debate should be well-represented by people who want to remain Canadian.
