A new survey finds a majority of Quebecers are in favour of reducing the blood alcohol limit while driving from 0.08 to 0.05. Quebec is the only province in Canada that still tolerates a blood alcohol limit of 0.08, and advocates are growing increasingly upset that the Quebec government is reluctant to make the change.
