Habitat Philou offers a new home and community for young adults in Montreal with severe disabilities

A new home has opened for twelve people who desperately needed a place of their own. Habitat Philou is the first of its kind in Quebec to provide permanent housing for adults who live with severe disabilities. As Tim Sargeant reports, parents, educators, and the residents are thrilled the doors are open.
