The Calgary Police Service is issuing fewer speeding tickets as the provincial ban on photo radar hampers enforcement efforts. New data obtained by ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ shows a significant drop in tickets in the first quarter of this year, mostly after the ban took effect in April. Adam MacVicar reports.
