Russia attacked Ukraine’s capital Kyiv early on Saturday with drones and missiles early on Saturday, triggering fires and strewing debris in districts throughout the city. At least eight people were injured, said Vitali Klitschko, Kyiv’s mayor. Meanwhile, Russia and Ukraine each exchanged 307 service personnel on Saturday, on the second day of an extended prisoner swap set to be the largest in the three-year war.
