Tenants push Toronto to move faster on maximum temperature bylaw

Toronto is inching closer to a maximum heat standard which would require landlords to keep rental units below 26 degrees during the hottest months of the year. But tenants say it’s unacceptable the bylaw won’t be in place this summer and that it needs to be improved before that happens. Matthew Bingley reports.
