A group of business owners in the Town of Mount Royal are speaking out against a Hydro-Québec construction site they say is hurting their businesses. The utility is installing underground power lines on Lucerne Road but a man who runs a car wash in the area says the work site is blocking his entrance and washing away his bottom line.
