Despite some major developments over the past few days, there is still no end in sight to the Canada Post labour dispute. Canada Post has now rejected calls from Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) for binding arbitration, just days after presenting what it called its “final offer”. Troy Charles has the latest.
