The total number of victims of the attack Sunday in Boulder, Colorado has risen to 12 after law enforcement helped identify four additional victims, District Attorney Michael Dougherty said at a press conference on Monday. Armed with a makeshift flamethrower and allegedly yelling “Free Palestine!” police allege Mohamed Sabry Soliman threw an incendiary device, likely a Molotov cocktail, into a group that had gathered to raise attention for Israeli hostages in Gaza.
