There is mixed reaction to the premiers’ meeting in Saskatchewan. Opposition parties are accusing Premier François Legault of putting the interests of the rest of the country ahead of Quebec’s. This comes after Legault repeated  that he’s open to a potential pipeline. Franca Mignacca has more.
