David Michael Moss was found guilty of second-degree murder for the 2020 scissor stabbing death of seven-year-old Bella Rose Desrosiers at her home in Mill Woods. Now, he’s appealed his conviction on the grounds he belongs in a psychiatric hospital, not prison. Erik Bay reports from the Edmonton Law Courts.
