Conservative Party Leader Pierre Poilievre said Monday that he wants to see a 鈥渨arrior culture that actually inspires people to join (the military) again.鈥 鈥淎ll this is going to take money. When asked about whether Canada and other NATO countries should hit spending targets of five per cent of its GDP, Poilievre questioned if 鈥渁nyone鈥 has hit that mark currently.
