Edmonton faces $1.5B capital funding budget shortfall

An Edmonton councillor says the city is going to have to put its money towards what it already has and make hard decisions about any new projects. That’s because right now, the city is facing a $1.5 billion shortfall in its capital budget. As Sarah Komadina explains, that deficit is only expected to grow.
