Speaking in question period on Wednesday, Foreign Affairs Minister Anita Anand defended the Liberal government鈥檚 decision to invite Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the G7 summit in Alberta. Anand said the G7 is an important place to have 鈥渘ecessary conversations鈥 with world leaders.
