After years of devastating hailstorms in Calgary, there is an effort to sway other orders of government to change the rules around hail-resistantbuilding materials.  But the proposed plan doesn’t include a return of the city’s loan program to help Calgarians upgrade their roofs.  Adam MacVicar reports.
